Villa Riva – Brac

Villa Riva, on the beautiful island of Brac, is located 20 metres from the sea. A short 10 minute walk from the centre of Spitska, and a 5 minute walk to beach of Zastup. If you are feeling energetic there is access to the sea in front of the house and you can swim or paddle board down to the beach from there. Beach Zastup has a beach bar and free wifi access.

GROUND FLOOR

The villa itself is open plan on the ground floor, comprising of a modern kitchen, well equipped with fridge freezer, two ovens, toaster and kettle. The central island with breakfast bar, and seating has a convection hob and wine fridge, everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The living area and dining area both have double doors out to the terrace, with a decking area providing beautiful views out over the sea. On the ground floor there is also a utility room with washer, iron and ironing board, plus a downstairs toilet.

BEDROOM ONE

From the open-plan living space, a spiral staircase leads to the first floor and bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king-size bed and a large en-suite with a walk-in shower. A floor-to-ceiling window and sliding door look out over the sea and lead to the balcony. This room comes with a wardrobe, TV, hairdryer, and electric window blinds.

BEDROOM TWO

Bedroom two is a mirror of bedroom one with an en-suite and a walk in shower. There are two single beds that can be kept separate or locked together to make a double. This bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors out to the balcony. This room also comes with, wardrobe, TV, hairdryer, and electric window blinds.

GARDEN AND TERRACE

Access from the ground floor leads to a tiered garden to the rear, a private dining area with seating for 6-8 people, a bbq, outside tap and hot and cold running outside shower. A large decking area with glass balustrade runs across the front of the villa allowing stunning views out across the bay and towards the beach. There are 2 sun loungers and two further outdoor chairs. Access down to the beach can be reached by a set of stone steps to the left of the villa.
